Fermented hot sauce, inspired by friends
Friends of Fire started as a kitchen experiment: grow peppers, ferment them, and see if it was possible to make great hot sauce from scratch that delivered flavor first and heat second, without compromise on either.
It was, but coming up with original flavors proved harder than expected. The breakthrough came from looking to the people around the table.
Every sauce is inspired by a real friend and the flavors they love - their favorite foods, travels, and stories turned into something you can pour on just about anything. The goal was simple: flavor first, fire second. Heat should elevate the food, not overpower it.
Now based in Brooklyn, Friends of Fire is built on bold flavor, real ingredients, and the idea that the best sauces are meant to make memories - because they aren’t just hot, they’re meant to be shared.
